The Store in Historic Downtown Lawrence, Kansas
Blue Dandelion opened its doors in October 2005 in the heart of historic downtown  Lawrence.

Blue Dandelion is a small business, started by two Lawrence moms, Kris Bailey and Meredith Rothrock.

Our Owners
Kris is mom to four and a registered nurse. She helps insure that all of our products are safe for children. Kris

Meredith, one of Blue Dandelion's founders, had four children and a graduate degree in art history. She passed away in 2007 after a brief fight with cancer. Her spirit and vision live on in the beautiful displays and the Blue Dandelion pledge to bring the best of children's products to Lawrence families.
